This page covers pitlink.com.au. Records kept in the PitLink product are covered by each customer's agreement with us.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, and if you give them, your role, site or project, phone number and message.
We count visits to the site with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to you and to talk with you about PitLink. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare passes your enquiry to us by email and checks that it was sent by a person rather than a program (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare may process this outside Australia. Your enquiry then sits in our email, where only the people who handle enquiries can read it.
How long we keep it
As long as we're in touch about PitLink, and then no longer than we need to. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email info@pitlink.com.au to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to make a complaint about how we've handled it. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
